Smart Food @ Mandai is a new freehold food factory in Mandai Estate. It is a 10-storey ramp-up multi-user food factory with a total of 84 food factory units and 1 ancillary canteen. It will be developed by Smartisan Realty Pte Ltd.
Smart Food @ Mandai is located in a mature industrial estate within a food cluster with close proximity to Sheng Siong Head Office, next to the future Sungei Kadut Eco District, Sungei Kadut Central and Singapore Turb Club which will be redeveloped in the future. Sungei Kadut Eco District will be specifically catering to agri-technology, waste management, recycling of metal, timber as well as furniture industries.
